We would encourage you to take care of yourself. To help you achieve this we provide clinics dedicated to Diabetes, heart disease, Anti-Coagulation, Asthma and many other conditions.
The practice, and the NHS in general, is committed to helping those who wish to Quit Smoking and additional facilities are available. For further details of any of these facilities or to make an appointment, please pop in to any site or call our Patient Services Team.
Those aged 40 to 74 are eligible for a free health check (Click Here) and are advised to have their weight, blood pressure and urine checked every three years. If you are aged between 40 & 74 and do not have heart disease stroke or diabetes and haven’t yet had your invitation please ring us now to book in.
