Next time you visit us you might notice how hard we are working to improve the Practice. 2017 has been a big year of identifying problems, recruiting more staff and starting to implement change in our spare time when we are not dealing with the every day work. This will take time but we are dedicated to patient care. We are in a process of change and we are not a final stage, we are working hard and we believe in “Rome was not built in a day” or “You first have to plant a seed, then you see the flower.” Please write in, email and identify individuals within the team that have made a difference, we like our staff to be appreciated by our patients when they have gone above and beyond.
Things may go wrong and if you are dissatisfied with any element of our service, you are invited, in the first instance, to draw the matter to the attention of your nurse, doctor or the Receptionist on duty. If you feel that your complaint has not been adequately resolved, you may ask for the complaint to be dealt with by the Practice Manager. The Practice Manager will acknowledge your complaint and make contact with you within 3 days to discuss the way forward. Your complaint will be investigated within an agreed time-scale and you will be kept informed of the progress.
Complaints can be made in person, in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This email address is monitored by the Patient Services Team and ensures that any email correspondence can be dealt with immediately.

Should the explanation offered prove unacceptable you have the right to refer the matter to the NHS Commissioning Board Helpline on 0300 311 22 33 or by email to email@example.com or in writing to NHS Commissioning Board PO Box 16738 Redditch BG7 9PT.
If you remain unhappy after everything has been done to try to resolve your concern or complaint you have the right to approach the Ombudsman.
