New Patient Registration
Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery.
- It's free to register.
- You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.

The practice area covers West Malling, Kings Hill, Mereworth, Offham, Leybourne, Birling, Trottiscliffe, Addington, Ryarsh and parts of Wateringbury, West Peckham and Wrotham Heath.
How to register
To register simply visit either of our surgeries & pick up a New Patient Pack or register online here.
Please bring your NHS Medical Card (FP4) along with some form of ID or upload it via the online form

Named GP
All Patients have a Named GP or “Usual Doctor” If you are not sure who that is please ask at Reception. If you wish to change your named GP, please let us know.
Your Named GP is the one who will review your medication, oversee the management of any long term conditions you may have and reviews your Hospital discharge letters etc.
It doesn’t prevent you from seeing another GP (especially if you need to come at short notice and your named GP is full) as he/she will liaise with your named GP regarding any care they give you.
