Face Masks/Coverings
Infection control guidance from NHSE was updated on 6th June.
The new guidance from NHS England states it is no longer necessary for all patients to wear a face mask/covering when attending GP Practices.
Patients with respiratory or Covid symptoms will be asked to wear a face mask/covering when attending the surgery to be seen by our team.
Clinicians will no longer wear a facemask for routine appointments however will do so when seeing patients with respiratory or COVID symptoms.
Our staff may choose to wear a facemask but this is now a personal decision which is respected.
We would like to thank our patients for wearing face coverings over the last 2 years which has helped protect other patients and our workforce.
